INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME


The Department of Correctional Services is contributing towards skills development by providing opportunities to unemployed graduates to gain work experience in various skills areas. It is therefore inviting applications for an Internship Programme that would run for a period of 12 months.

Interns will be placed at the Correctional Services Head Office in Pretoria, Regional Offices and Management Areas in various Provinces. It is required that candidates would have their own accommodation and transport, DCS will only pay a monthly allowance.

Requirements:Applicants must be graduates/ diplomates in any one of the fields specified below and must be at least 18 to 35 years old. Successful interns will be expected to sign an Internship Agreement.
